3. What attracted you to this group in the first place?

I'm looking for a stable guild with no drama or unexpected massive leave of players.You appear to have a main core since ICC so I think you can provide that.

 No

5. What is your previous raiding experience (Across all expansions)?

I started playing and raiding during Cataclysm as protection.I did Firelands HC the DS HC in a more hardcore guid raiding 5 days.At the start of MoP I moved to Kazzak and played casually for the first 2 patches then returned to raiding during SoO as Retri.As WoD came I stayed Retri for the whole expansion and cleared HM,BRF and HFC in Heroic.

7a. Main Spec:Retribution

7b. Off Spec: Protection

7c. Preferred Alt:Warrior DPS.I haven't seriously played with him for a while though.

8. What previous guilds were you in, what positions did you hold and why did you leave?

 I was in 3 guilds in total(You had me at Zug Zug - Nagrand,Ominous - Kazzak,Elysian - Kazzak).I was a core raider in all of these guilds.Many people stopped playing in Elysian so I'm looking for something new.

9. How do you research boss fights in advance? And what sources do you use to get that information?

For boss fights I preffer Fatboss videos,they have all the information I need. 
 

10. What sources do you use to research and optimize your class?

 For class optimization I use Icy Veins and MMO Champion

11. How many hours do you averagely spend playing per week?

 Around 40 hours per week.

12. What times are you most active?

 18.00-2.00 ST

13. What raid did you enjoy most in World of Warcraft?

 Ok,most people say that they hate it but Dragon Soul was the raid for me,probably because we were racing for realm first in Nagrand-EU against Imperium.Hoping we have enough DPS to remove the last plate in Spine before the adds kill me was so intense I will never forget.

14. Why should we take you?

 I can help you not only during progression but also doing other things,like Challenge modes,achiev runs,camping rares etc.
